| In February of 2005 I paid a visit to Scott McAlister's house in Tempe, Arizona. Spent some time there snapping a few pictures. When it came time for me to head home I decided to approach him, and see if he had anything to say about Linda Parker's allegations. As I approached him in his driveway I asked him if he was Scott McAlister. He confirmed he was, and extended his hand for me to shake. You should've seen his reaction when I told him I didn't shake hands with pedophiles. I swear he thought I was the father of one of the girls pictured in the child pornography tapes he was caught with. Told him I didn't mean to scare him, and he whipped out his phone to call the cops and accused me of threatening him. While he was on the phone I asked his biker friends if they knew him well. They said they did, but didn't know him when he was in Oregon. I wonder about Utah. They did seem surprised I was calling him a pedophile. I told Scooter I had to see for myself what he's all about, and thanked him for wasting no time showing me the rat punk bitch I knew he was. Asked him to smile for the camera, and told his friends to check out the website in order to learn about who they were associating with. Personally, if someone called me a pedophile (whether I was or not) in front of others I'd start swingin. Call that prison mentality or a John Wayne attitude, I don't really care. For me it's always been a good way to gauge the character of an individual, and the gauge didn't even move with McAlister. I worry about him about as much as a worm in my backyard. It's time to stir things up a bit people! To much time has passed already. If anything, I'm hoping to show those who may be scared to come forward with information that there is nothing to be scared about. Especially concerning Scott McAlister! Time has changed things. How can we expect others to come forward if someone like me doesn't set an example by being bold enough to confront McAlister face to face? Let me say that while McAlister may have been about something when he was Asst. Attorney General of Oregon assigned to corrections, he 'aint shit now! His career has taken a downward spiral since his legal troubles in Utah. With the charges he was convicted of, and the sexual harrassment charges successfully argued by Linda Parker, I seriously doubt his resume gets him many offers these days. That's why he's trying to make it in private practice in Arizona, and that doesn't look like it's going to well either. For those of you who feel my actions are a bit reckless or feel I'm not aware of the possible danger I may have subjected myself to, you're wrong. I'm fully aware of what time it is. McAlisters power has fizzled, but he's still the same punk bitch he was when he had other corrections officials do his dirty work by planting contraband in inmate's cells because they rubbed him the wrong way. When McAlister had the title of Asst. Attorney General assigned to corrections, that gave him the ability to recruit many within the criminal element by extending special favors and privileges to those on the inside that could put him in touch with those on the outside to do his dirty work. That theory is substantiated by statements from different inmates that purport to a "murder for hire" scheme that was in existence with McAlister being a principle figure in all of it. Think about it folks! That's alot of power for anyone who might choose to take advantage of that type of situation. Those days are only a memory to McAlister now. Nice thing having your own website...you can really tell it like it is! Stay tuned for more on Agent 9. |

| Scott McAlister has always claimed him and Michael Francke were friends. This is in sharp contrast to statements by Francke's personal assistant, Evelyn Meeks (see video here), and a statement by Linda Parker (Click here), as well as comments made by Mr. Francke to his brothers before his death. Then Attorney General Dave Frohnmayer also claimed to be unaware of any problems between the two in statements to the media, and the Francke family. Check out a letter I discovered which was written to Frohnmayer by Michael Francke just three months prior to his murder concerning his displeasure with Scott McAlister. I have written Frohnmayer twice in the past week to afford him an opportunity to respond to the letter, and have yet to receive a reply. Why so silent if you're not trying to hide anything Dave? | After Scott McAlister was convicted in October 1990 of Distribution of Pornographic Material, an complaint was lodged with the Oregon Bar. A hearing was held to decide if disciplinary action should be taken. The following link is the opinion. Opinion on complaint as to the conduct of J. Scott McAlister 12/91 |
